‘The kitchen as an extension of the studio: thoughts on The Sunday Cook project’
Conversas is a project started by Constança Saraiva and Mafalda Fernandes in Lisbon in 2012. Today it is a project of many people and cities.
As their name suggests (‘conversas’ = conversations in Portuguese) they aim to create an equal environment for dialogue and exchange of thoughts, views and experiences. In each meeting three people bring something to share with the rest of the group (works, projects, questions, interests, research topics, etc.). Each conversation lasts 30 minutes and is an opportunity to learn or be inspired by something new, to think collectively and interdisciplinarily.
